Shipping within the United States is free for all vinyl products at www.21stcenturysound.com! Occasionally larger items may have a handling charge. If there are additional shipping/handling charges for a product, it will be noted in the product description. The shipping company will be chosen by www.21stcenturysound.com at the time of shipment; if you wish to have your product shipped using a specific company or by a certain date, contact us directly to make arrangements. International orders will be charged shipping based on the product ordered and the shipping location; actual shipping charges will be assessed at the time of purchase. At www.21stcenturysound.com we pride ourselves in custom graphics kits and decals for our customers. Due to the custom nature of our products, all decals & graphics are not returnable. If you are unsure of the product you are ordering, we would be happy to provide you with a proof prior to purchase. Any defective decals or graphics will be replaced free of charge at the discretion of our management. For our electronics merchandise, unopened electronics are returnable for credit or exchange.
